Canada Life employees don't need to register for Workspace. You can access the same content platform directly: Advisor Content Hub.

You might think registering for Workspace takes time, but it only takes FIVE minutes!
To register for Workspace, just follow five simple steps:
- Enter your user ID (formerly RepNet ID) and password and click ‘Verify’. Don’t have a user ID (formerly RepNet ID)? Email Distribution_Methodology@canadalife.com to get one.
- If you’re an advisor, confirm your book of business by entering your advisor compensation or producer code for your Canada Life business associated with that user ID (formerly RepNet ID)
- Confirm your email and create a new password
- Accept the Workspace terms and conditions
- Go to your email address and click the ‘Verify now’ button in the email we’ve sent you

You’ll need a unique user ID (formerly RepNet ID) to register for Workspace. If you don’t have one, email Distribution Methodology.

IMPORTANT: advisors and support team members can’t share a user ID (formerly RepNet ID). You must all have your own, unique user ID (formerly RepNet ID) to register for Workspace.

- If you have your own user ID (formerly RepNet ID) but can’t log in or have other technical issues, you have two options:
- Reset your password using the Forgot your password link located on the Self-care page.

- Delegates: it could take up to two or three business days after you register for the Client list to be viewable.
- Save the Workspace login page to your favourites.
Workspace was created to make it easier to do business with Canada Life and it will fully replace the advisor sites RepNet advisor portal soon.
- Access consolidated individual insurance and wealth client information, as well as individual and corporate policy details, faster and easier.
- Receive product notifications to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Digitally update client information, such as name, address and marital status.
- A history of client edits submitted through Workspace will be listed in the Service Request tab.
- Easily access forms and other resources you need.
- Most advisor site RepNet content should be available through Workspace later this year. In the meantime, you might need to visit advisor site RepNet for some things.
- Quick access to the New Business dashboard to start or manage insurance applications including SimpleProtect.
- Workspace is the only place to find our Digital Segregated Fund Application, an easier, more streamlined way of doing segregated fund business with Canada Life.
- Access other tools and platforms, including Canada Life illustrations, the web-based insurance illustrations tool, easily without having to log in again.
- You’ll be able to prepare term and participating life insurance illustrations, including My Par Gift, as well as critical illness and a few of our most popular sales strategies. We’ll continue to add more products and sales strategies.
