Book appointments that fit your client’s schedule (72 hours notice required)
If client wants to book directly, exam will be scheduled within 24 hours of receiving the request

Be sure to note the order is for VIP service and provide the following information:
- Client name
- Application number (if available)
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Address
- Phone number
- Best time to call
- Face amount of the policy
On the application, select advisor-ordered when answering how requirements should be ordered. Add the order number and provider name (ExamOne or Dynacare) in the additional comments section of the application.
